The cut appeared to be slightly too tight for the star, who spends hours in the gym perfecting her figure.
Meanwhile, Hilary went for a looser fit on her top half opting for a free-flowing printed blouse.
As she and her son walked, everything seemed to be under control as Hilary held Luca's hand while he held a sippy cup in the other.
But things quickly turned when, Luca, just like toddlers tend to do rather quickly, seemed to get a bit tired and decided he wanted to sit right then and there on the sidewalk.
Hilary sprung into action and helped her adorable tot to move along.
Luca, who is a mini-me version of his mother, also wore a pair of khaki trousers teamed with a white T-shirt and printed short-sleeve shirt.
