Kylie Jenner is no stranger to suffering in order to look good - regularly wearing sky-high heels or less than comfortable outfits.
But the 16-year-old reality star found herself the object of a very painful styling mishap, when she dropped her curling iron and left a large burn on her left leg.
Kylie shared a picture of the former injury on Tuesday night, before informing fans that the welt was starting to heal.
Alongside the painful-looking burn picture, Kylie shared a shot of herself en route to the sporting festival, showing that the injury was almost healed.
Despite the fact the burn is now just a little red mark, Kylie opted for an outfit that covered up the injury as she attended the All Sports Film Festival on Tuesday night.
Kylie looked incredible in a black cropped T-shirt with lace embellishments, teamed with a gold satin pencil skirt and strappy black heels.
The teen star finished off her look with white nails and several bracelets, leaving her dark brunette hair loose and straight.
Speaking last week, Kylie and her 18-year-old sister Kendall admitted that growing up in the spotlight hasn't been easy for them.
The pair rose to fame on reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians alongside their older half-siblings Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, and insist they've had a much harder time dealing with the constant media attention than the rest of their family because of their young age.
Kendall told People magazine: 'They got to live their teen years in a very different way than we did. They lived it normally and then once they were already grown up, they went through what we're now going through.
'They even say to us, "If I was in your position, I would not be able to handle it." '
Kylie added: 'You just have to come back and realize all of the great things that have come out of it. All of the good you can do with having the spotlight on you and just having your family around you.
